Nurse Manager RN- Surgery

Responsibilities

• Direction of patient care in the perioperative environment.
• Management of staff members in all Perioperative Departments.
• Consultation with staff, physicians, and Nurse Executive on nursing issues and hospital policies.
• Maintenance of performance improvement activities within the department.
• Aid in the formulation of the department’s budget.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
• CNOR; preferred.
• Current ACLS (AHA) Certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certification for those facilities caring for pediatric population.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $96,428.80 to $139,692.8 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
