Nurse Manager (RN), IDD (Pediatrics)

Description

Oversee day-to-day operations across two pediatric care homes
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to nursing staff
Step in clinically as needed, including medication administration and coverage for call-outs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in State of PA
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong acute RN pediatric experience required
• Absolutely must have hands-on pediatric experience with ventilators and tracheostomy care
• Able to balance leadership responsibilities with clinical support
• Valid and Current Driver's license, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of PA permanent residence

Salary and Compensation

Rate: $47/hr. - $50/hr. (based on years of experience)
