BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Allentown, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Nurse Manager. As a Nurse Manager, you’ll lead and mentor field nurses while staying connected to pediatric client care. Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Visit pediatric clients in Allentown and surrounding areas and conduct assessments
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
• Facilitate new-hire orientation for nurses
• Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
• Help promote quality care, strong client relationships, and employee engagement

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
• Supervisory or leadership experience required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule
• After successful completion of training, the role becomes hybrid, offering 2 days a week at home
