About the role
The role involves supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to deliver safe, quality, and cost-effective patient care by ensuring competent staffing and resource utilization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with hospital staff, physicians, and administrators to enhance communication and improve processes across departments.
- Maintaining patient care standards and achieving customer service satisfaction goals.
- Managing staff performance, ensuring clinical expertise, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Monitoring productivity and financial metrics to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensed in applicable state; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of three years nursing experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong human relations and communication skills with an understanding of patient care processes and clinical expertise.
