Job Summary and Responsibilities

This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance. As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor Registered Nurses, overseeing clinical operations, and advocating for patient and team needs.
• Drive professional development and achieve unit goals.
• Embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions.
• Navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Required Job Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science Nursing and Minimum of 3 years RN experience, upon hire.
• Minimum of 1-3 years Minimum of 2 years leadership (i.e. RN-Charge) experience, upon hire.
• Equivalent leadership capabilities will be considered in lieu of the leadership experience requirement based on executive leadership approval, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days.

Pay Range

$41.97 - $62.43 /hour
