Role: RN Neuro Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities Provide specialized care to patients with neurological conditions on a monitored telemetry unit.Assess, plan, and implement patient-centered care tailored to individual needs.Interpret cardiac and neuro monitoring data to inform clinical decisions.Administer medications accurately and safely.Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.Support safe transitions of care between settings.Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within a compassionate, team-oriented environment. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with relevant clinical experience in neuro telemetry or critical care settings.Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.Ability to interpret complex cardiac and neurological monitoring data.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to patient education and safety.Desire for ongoing learning and professional growth.
