About the role

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to oversee patient care in a fast-paced, subacute rehabilitation environment. The role involves managing resources, ensuring safe, age-appropriate patient care, and providing leadership within the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources to support patient care
• Ensure safe, age-appropriate care for patients
• Provide leadership within the nursing team

Requirements

• Maryland RN license
• Active BLS/CPR certification
• 5–7 years of nursing experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership position
• Strong clinical background in geriatric, rehab, or memory care
