About the role
We are seeking an Inpatient Rehab Manager to provide leadership and expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in our Rehab Unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and take responsibility for the delivery of safe, quality, patient care for assigned departments on a 24-hour basis.
- Ensure department's standard of nursing practice, nursing policies and procedures meet legal, and all accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.
- Ensure the continuity of care through demonstrated use of interdisciplinary team approach to patient care.
- Collaborate and share pertinent patient information with physicians, patients, and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient progress, and treatment.
- Develop and implement ongoing programs to measure, monitor, assesses and improve quality of nursing care delivered to patients, working toward hospital-wide improvement in meeting core measure, patient safety, and service excellence goals in assigned units.
- Ensure the effective coordination of the patient's care with other services and departments throughout the hospital.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- 3 years previous experience in an acute care setting.
- Management specialty certification required within 6 months of eligibility; unit specialty certification also preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
