From post-surgical rehab to stroke and cardiac recovery, your leadership will directly shape outcomes, experiences, and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front—mentor and develop your Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline team while serving as a visible, hands-on clinical leader
  • Shape the culture—foster an environment grounded in psychological safety, accountability, and clinical excellence
  • Drive operations—oversee staffing, workflows, and daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and fiscal stewardship
  • Champion quality & compliance—ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and National Patient Safety Goals while leading performance improvement initiatives
  • Develop your team—coach, evaluate, and elevate RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, promoting growth and internal mobility
  • Collaborate across disciplines—partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to deliver seamless, patient-centered care

Requirements

  • Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program
  • ASN required | BSN preferred
  • 5-7 years of nursing experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation
  • At least 2 years in a leadership, charge, or supervisory role
  • Active Maryland RN license
  • BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
  • Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehab, or memory care

Pay

$85,280 to $132,000 per year
