About the role

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager II to lead the Operating Room and contribute to the company's mission of transforming business processes through technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Operating Room to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Inspire, mentor, and develop nursing teams and emerging leaders
• Drive performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking (quality, safety, efficiency)
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and all regulatory standards
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization
• Manage departmental budgets and support cost-efficiency initiatives
• Champion patient safety and continuous quality improvement programs
• Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery
• Support strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required (MSN preferred)
• Active California RN License
• BLS Certification
• 5+ years of patient care experience in acute care
• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Strong Operating Room (OR) experience in a hospital setting
