Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient patient care.
• Ensure competent staffing, resource utilization, and meet productivity and financial goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and hospital teams to improve communication and processes.
• Support patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience in procedural areas; leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong human relations, communication skills, and clinical expertise in the area of responsibility.
