Nurse Manager - Family Maternity Center
About the role
Provides management and support of operations. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards. Partners with Nursing and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning for the services. Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for assigned areas and seamless patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements program and fiscal planning for services.
- Collaborates with Nursing and Medical Directors to ensure integrated delivery system and seamless patient care.
- Manages resources and customer relations.
- Supports operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 5 years relevant clinical experience.
- Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in medical, surgical or oncology setting.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in managing healthcare operations.
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
