Nurse Manager - Emergency Room

About the Role

Oversee daily operations in the Emergency Room, leading and coordinating clinical care to ensure a safe, effective, and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical care in the Emergency Room.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership on strategic planning and departmental initiatives.
• Support staff development, recruitment, and retention of team members.
• Advocate for resource allocation to optimize patient care.

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• At least five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical leadership.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
