Responsible for daily clinical operations, ensuring safe, quality, and compassionate patient care in the emergency services department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, facilitate, and coordinate emergency room clinical care.
• Collaborate on organizational planning, innovations, and initiatives.
• Support professional development of staff and colleagues.
• Recruit, onboard, and create a supportive environment for staff retention.
• Promote adherence to regulatory and professional standards.
• Integrate clinical, human resource, and financial data into decision-making.
• Encourage research and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure; BLS certification.
• Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, with at least 2 years in clinical hospital leadership.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
