About the Role

Oversee the daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate patient care. Allocate resources, promote evidence-based practices, and collaborate with leadership on planning and initiatives. Supervise staff, foster professional development, and maintain a positive work environment to retain talent. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and integrate clinical, human resources, and financial data for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in leadership.
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
