Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management services to patients
• Administer vaccinations and perform related procedures

Requirements

• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a pharmacy setting

Qualifications

Skills
