About the role
The Manager of Nursing Services oversees safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient patient care in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal resource utilization
- Meet productivity and financial goals
- Achieve customer service satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with administrative staff, physicians, and hospital departments
- Enhance communication, data sharing, and process improvements across the healthcare continuum
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing school, with BSN preferred
- Valid Missouri RN license or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience in procedural areas, with leadership experience preferred
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days
- Strong human relations and communication skills, with clinical expertise in the area of responsibility
