About the role

The Manager of Nursing Services oversees safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient patient care in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal resource utilization
• Meet productivity and financial goals
• Achieve customer service satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with administrative staff, physicians, and hospital departments
• Enhance communication, data sharing, and process improvements across the healthcare continuum

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school, with BSN preferred
• Valid Missouri RN license or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience in procedural areas, with leadership experience preferred
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days
• Strong human relations and communication skills, with clinical expertise in the area of responsibility
