Nurse Manager, Bellevue Surgery Center

About the role

Manage the clinical operations of the Bellevue Surgery Center, ensuring continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements align with Seattle Children's mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre, during, and post-procedure patient care activities.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors and Director to handle day-to-day clinical functions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and performance improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• National certification in a clinical specialty area required within three years of employment.
• A copy of Bachelor's degree in Nursing or transcripts indicating attainment of Bachelor's degree (or higher) in nursing on file with Human Resources.
• Current BLS for Healthcare providers.
