Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health

About the role

The Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating the nursing staff competency/education, unit specific PI activities, and assigned daily operations of the unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing staff competency/education
• Manage unit specific PI activities
• Practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of Dardanelle Regional Medical Center
• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through effective collaborative efforts

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Professional Board Certification obtained within two years of hire date
• Three (3) years of clinical related experience
• One (1) year Charge Nurse experience
