About the role

We are currently seeking an Assisted Living/Memory Support Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Trinity Terrace Assisted Living and Memory Care areas consistent with applicable state and federal law.
• Work closely with the Assisted Living/Memory Support Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an LVN in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in a long term care or related field.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Manager.
• Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Support environment is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess (or in a timely fashion) obtain a working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding the operation of a health care facility as well as OSHA regulations.
