Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff
- Manage daily patient flow
- Coordinate care and ensure quality improvement and safety standards
- Provide direct patient care
- Conduct staff onboarding and training
- Promote teamwork
- Respond to medical emergencies
Qualifications
- Nursing degree
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- At least three years of nursing experience
- Two years in a supervisory role
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Leadership abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Familiarity with electronic health records
