About the role

Lead the operations and management of the Torrance, CA studio for Brick + Mortar. Oversee staff, ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to align goals and objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current California RN license.
• At least 5 years of nursing management experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
