About the role

The Nurse Manager at Studio | Brick + Mortar is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring patient care standards are met, and managing a team of nurses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.
• Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance clinical outcomes and staff satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in Arizona.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and software.
