Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight, supervision, and quality assurance of all clinical services including documentation and direct services.
• Safeguard efficient processes, safe and compassionate nursing care, and patient satisfaction.
• Celebrate employee work-related activities such as meetings, training, hiring, counseling, and employee evaluations.
• Analyze problems to ensure agency policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Provide direct case management services to a specific case load.
• Manage skilled services.
• Collaborate closely with all staff to meet patient and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Home Health management or Hospice experience preferred.
• Current Nevada RN license.
• At least 5 years practical business experience, two of which were in a management capacity.
• Prominent leadership capabilities are required.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health.
• Current driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
