Overseeing a pod that serves Family Medicine and 10 other specialties. The team includes 3 MOAs, 3 LPNs, and 3 RNs in Family Medicine, plus 2 LPNs and 1 RN who rotate among the other specialties. There is currently 1 MOA/LPN opening to fill.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of purchasing and inventory for the provider groups
- Development and monitoring of staff
- Scheduling
- Hiring
- Monitoring clinical quality metrics
Requirements
- Primary Care experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior management experience preferred but not required
