About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Manager who is passionate about providing high quality, patient-centered primary healthcare and collaborating with a kind team of professionals. As a Nurse Manager you’ll use your critical thinking, good judgement, and interpersonal skills to identify solutions or approaches to patient problems. You’ll collaborate with clinical staff to design and implement meaningful and individualized patient-centered care. Your primary location will be in Hamburg, NY and you will travel to all Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.
