Nurse Manager
Position Summary
Provide assistance to the director in the management of the daily operations of the Emergency Department.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Required Experience: 2-3 years previous Emergency Department experience; Preferred: Minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience.
Required Licenses/Certifications: Current NJ RN License, CPR, ACLS, PALS, IV Certified; Preferred: CEN (must obtain within 3-5 years of hire).
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Systems thinker, role model, and coach; Preferred: Excellent communication and IPR skills; Must be able to function in a shared governance environment; Working knowledge of JCAHO, DOH, OSHA AND EMTALA.

Pay
Hiring Range: $113,136.61 - $141,420.77 Annually (includes sign-on bonus).
Schedule
Full-time 10-6p, Day Shift with occasional Evening or Night shifts.
