About the role
As a Nurse Manager at ERC Pathlight, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and supervising the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility. You will directly serve patients daily in various capacities, including trouble-shooting issues, staffing, crisis management, and ensuring the medical aspects of treatment plans are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.
- Help with staffing or coverage.
- Serve as the primary supervisor for the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit.
- Review incident reports and follow up through established processes.
- Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises, and behavior management techniques.
- Aid in infection control monitoring and weekly data collection.
- Manage vendor relations and pharmaceutical services.
- Manage new Nurse Orientation.
- Assist the Nurse Director with various duties, such as monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff, and reviewing/updating policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback and ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implement corrective action plans, as needed.
Requirements
- State Licensure as an RN.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from a four-year college or university (preferred).
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- 1+ years of patient care experience in nursing field (required).
- 3+ years of direct patient care in nursing field (required).
- Master’s degree (M.S.N) preferred (optional).
Qualifications
- Associate Degree (Required).
- 3+ years of experience of direct patient care in nursing field (required).
- 3+ years of supervision (required).

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Effective problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing medical and behavioral health care.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. For Colorado, the range is $104,000 - $127,000 USD.
Schedule
4 10-hour shifts - will require 1 weekend day.
