About the role

Blue Cloud is a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company, focusing on dental restorative and exodontia surgery for children and those with special needs, delivered under general anesthesia. We are dedicated to providing safe, high-quality, and affordable care. We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager to join our skilled and supportive care teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center according to center policies and objectives
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control, and risk management
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to enhance patient care
• Maintain policies that comply with federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS certification upon hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 60 days of hire
• Prioritizing a bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferred ICU or perioperative nursing experience
• Experience in leadership roles
• Previous Nurse Manager experience
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)
