Nurse Manager

About the role

Blue Cloud is a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company focused on providing safe, quality, and accessible care for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. We are expanding our network and are now seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our skilled and dedicated care teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control, and risk management
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services
• Ensure policies comply with federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS upon hire
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire
• PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree
• PREFERRED: ICU or perioperative nursing experience
• PREFERRED: Leadership experience
• PREFERRED: Nurse Manager experience
• PREFERRED: Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)
