Nurse Manager

Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in the Endoscopy unit. Lead and manage staffing and resources, and coach/develop nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered endoscopy care.
• Manage staffing, resources, and workflow optimization in collaboration with clinical teams.
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary stakeholders to improve coordination and processes.
• Drive quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance development for nursing staff.
• Promote an inclusive, compassionate culture aligned with organizational values.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered nurse with leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing operations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff while maintaining high clinical standards.
