Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff to deliver person-centered, high-quality care for individuals with diverse needs, including behavioral health and brain injury rehabilitation.
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and support ongoing staff development.
- Mentor and develop nursing team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and foster a culture of empathy, inclusion, and continuous learning.
