Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing coordination

- Manage budgets and drive quality and safety initiatives
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Foster professional growth and lead performance improvement

Requirements
- Leadership experience in nursing or healthcare settings
