About the role
The Nurse Manager will oversee the Adolescent and Adult Units at Arbour Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Adolescent and Adult Units
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience
- Experience managing adolescent and adult populations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
