Responsibilities

• Managing operations of your assigned unit
• Assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
• Providing guidance and education to clinical staff
• Assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained
• Ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR/BLS Certification
