As an LPN, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Your day-to-day will include collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

  • Valid and unencumbered state Nursing License.
  • 1 or more years of experience as an LPN (newly licensed LPNs will be considered for training and experience-building).
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
  • Exceptional character—someone who will always do what’s right, with a reliable work ethic.
  • Collaborative spirit.

Pay

$27/hour plus shift differential.
