Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting nursing staff
- Planning, implementing, and documenting resident care
- Administering medications and treatments as permitted
- Assisting with physician and provider visits
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and nursing standards
- Serving as a clinical resource and mentor to team members
- Fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
- Encouraging self-care and independence among residents
- Helping residents achieve their highest level of well-being
Requirements
- 40 hours per week - Second Shift 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- On-Call Rotation Every Other Weekend
- Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
Benefits

- All other benefits effective the 1st of the month following hire date
Pay
- RN: $20,000 sign-on bonus
- LPN: $12,000 sign-on bonus
