Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive patient care.
• Perform critical assessments and skilled procedures.
• Implement and manage patient care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Deliver care in Labor and Delivery, including Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum, Post-gynecological, and Level 1 Newborn Care.
• Maintain quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.

Requirements

• 1 year of the last 2 years recent experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery, or as an RN in an acute care setting with completion of applicable clinical and didactic SRDH specialty training program.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Current certifications: NV Basic Life Support (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Electronic Fetal Monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of the last 5 years recent experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery or equivalent in a setting with 100 births/month.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

$49.26 - $68.27 per hour.
