Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrates a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including: psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
- Sets measurable and achievable short and long-term goals according to standards of care based on the assessment by the nurse in collaboration with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
- Implements and/or modifies the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning based upon standards of care and evidence-based practice. Includes care coordination, education and discharge planning. The nurse is accountable for the care directly, indirectly or through delegation.
- Uses a systematic ongoing process to evaluate progress towards identified healthcare consumer goals. Revise the plan of care when needed involving the healthcare consumer and the multidisciplinary team.
- Documents all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer’s record.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse: NE Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - within 5 months
- PREFERRED: 12-18 months of RN experience
- PREFERRED: IR, Cath Lab, ICU, or PACU experience (hemodynamic monitoring, advanced airways, vents, critical care drips, IV pressers, and ACLS related drugs)
- PREFERRED: Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN)

Pay Range
$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
