Nurse Helper Responsibilities

Aid the nursing staff in delivering patient care as per the role-specific responsibilities of a Nurse Helper I under the direction of an RN. Provide assistance without coming into contact with bodily fluids or devices containing such fluids.

Required Minimum Requirements

• Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Standard WELLE® training is required
• Complete Nurse Helper training class before orientation on the nursing unit

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• GED

• Shift Hours: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
• Shift: Shift 3 (Days, Evenings, Nights, Varies)
