About the Role

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Document patient information accurately
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support patient education tailored to individual needs
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts for transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being

Requirements

• Enrolled in a nursing program at an accredited college/university
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform patient care activities and document accurately
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
