Nurse Full-time AM/PRN

About the Role

Join our Nursing Team of Excellence at Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton! We are looking for a compassionate, high-energy Nurse to join our amazing team in our Skilled Nursing Facility to provide assistance and care for our wonderful residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments to residents
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner
• Complete wound treatments when necessary
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines
• Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered
• Assist in admission & discharge procedures
• Communicate residents' conditions to physicians and family members

Requirements

• Active RN/LPN License in Illinois required
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required
• Excellent organization skills

Shift

Full-time AM and PRN; availability every other weekend

Pay & Benefits

• $39-$45 an hour
