Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), vital signs, mobility, comfort, and hygiene
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection
- Accurately document care and communicate updates to the team
- Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery
- Maintain a safe, organized environment following infection control protocols
- Engage in learning opportunities and collaborate with supervisors to develop career skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (obtained within 30 days of employment)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- No prior experience required
