About the role
A vital member of the nursing team, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and supporting registered nurses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Check vital signs
- Support mobility and comfort
- Perform basic procedures like wound and catheter care
- Collect specimens
- Document care accurately
- Communicate updates to the team
- Educate patients and families about care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Participate in learning and growth opportunities

Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days)
- Current Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- No prior experience required
