Position Summary
The Nurse Extern is a member of the nursing team who contributes to the comfort and well-being of the patients by performing specifically assigned tasks and works under the direction of the Registered Nurse within scope of practice.

Physical Requirements
- This job can be physically demanding at times requiring stooping, sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.
- The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and heavy equipment.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, make sound decisions, detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated.
- Able to push/pull up to 40lbs, carry and lift up to 50lbs.
