About the Role
The Nurse Extern II supports patient care by assisting with technical and multi-skilled activities under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including activities of daily living (ADLs), vitals, and ambulation.
- Report deviations from patient parameters.
- Assist with various duties within the scope of a patient care technician.
- Communicate with registered nurses and support the healthcare team to ensure quality patient experiences.
Requirements
- Must be within 6 months of graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Must pass all senior courses.
