Nurse Extern – Hospital

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedside patient care under RN supervision
• Perform tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with hygiene and mobility, and monitoring intake/output
• Support basic procedures while ensuring safe, evidence-based practices
• Accurately document patient care activities
• Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team to deliver quality care
