We need to decide sections:
- About the role: could include Job Summary and location/shift details? The instructions: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which sections have content.
We have job summary: could go under About the role or Responsibilities. Probably About the role includes summary and location/shift.
Responsibilities: maybe the duties: assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating nursing care, other duties as assigned.
Requirements: could include experience, education, licensure? But we have separate sections for Qualifications and Skills. Usually Qualifications includes education and experience; Skills includes special skills; Licensure maybe part of Qualifications.
We need to avoid filler headings. So we need to decide which sections have real content.
We have:
- About the role: location, shift, FTE, standard hours, job summary.
- Responsibilities: assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating nursing care; other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications: experience description, education description, licensure description.
- Skills: special skills description.
- Benefits: perks & benefits list.
- Pay: not provided (no pay info). So we should NOT include Pay section.
- Schedule: we have shift details: Shift 4, as scheduled with preceptor, FTE, standard hours. Could be schedule info. But we already used shift details in About the role maybe. However we could put schedule section with shift info. But we must not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It does state shift details. So we can include Schedule section.
But we must avoid duplication. We could put location and shift details in About the role, and schedule details in Schedule. However About the role already includes shift details; maybe better to put schedule separate.
Let's think: About the role could contain location, facility, on-site, FTE, standard hours. Responsibilities: job summary duties. Qualifications: experience, education, licensure. Skills: special skills. Benefits: perks. Schedule: shift details.
We must not include headings with filler text. All sections we create must have substantive content.
Let's extract content precisely.
Location: "US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Standard Hours: 0.01 Shift: Shift 4 Shift Details: as scheduled with preceptor"
We can parse:
- Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at Froedtert Hospital facility.
- On-site.
- FTE: 0.001000 (very low)
- Standard Hours: 0.01 (maybe 0.01 FTE? weird)
- Shift: Shift 4
- Shift Details: as scheduled with preceptor

Special skills description: list.
Licensure description: "State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is preferred, otherwise must provide documentation from an accredited school for professional nurses indicating successful completion of the basic nursing course which encompass all of the criteria noted by the State of Wisconsin administrative code. We need to format as - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
.
Thus:
- About the role: could be a
containing location, on-site, FTE, standard hours, shift, shift details? Or we could split.
But we need to avoid too many sections. Let's decide:
Section About the role:
Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at Froedtert Hospital facility. This job is ON‑SITE. FTE: 0.001000. Standard Hours: 0.01.
Section Responsibilities: The Nurse Extern is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in assigned patient care area under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Other duties as assigned.
Section Qualifications: we need to include experience, education, licensure. Could be a with items? But they are prose paragraphs. Could be multiple under Qualifications. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So if we have multiple items (like experience, education, licensure) we could treat each as a
under Qualifications heading. Or we could make a list if they are bullet-like. But they are paragraphs; better to use
.
Section Skills:
- for each skill? The special skills description is a list of abilities separated by periods. Could be turned into list items. We'll parse each ability separated by ". " maybe.
Let's extract skills:
"Ability to read, write, understand, perform simple arithmetic, and follow directions related to basic patient care. Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with patients, visitors, and physicians in a courteous manner. Ability to complete simple comparisons between numbers. Ability to show experience in 60 percent of essential functions. Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail for 80 percent of work time when performing basic patient care tasks. Ability to walk and stand for up to 80 percent of work time and to lift and position patients for up to 20 percent of work time."
We can make each sentence a
- .
Section Benefits:
- each benefit separated by commas? The benefits string: "Paid time offGrowth opportunity- Career Pathways & Career Tuition Assistance, CEU opportunitiesAcademic Partnership with the Medical College of WisconsinReferral bonusesRetirement plan - 403bMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Free Workplace ClinicsEmployee Assistance Programs, Adoption Assistance, Healthy Contributions, Care@Work, Moving Assistance, Discounts on gym memberships, travel and other work life benefits available"
There are some missing spaces: "Paid time offGrowth opportunity-". We need to separate logically. We'll try to split by capital letters after no space? Might be messy. Better to keep as a single
maybe? But instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits is a list, so we should make list items. We can manually split by commas and also detect "Paid time offGrowth opportunity-". We'll insert a space: "Paid time off", "Growth opportunity- Career Pathways & Career Tuition Assistance", "CEU opportunities", "Academic Partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin", "Referral bonuses", "Retirement plan - 403b", "Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability", "Free Workplace Clinics", "Employee Assistance Programs", "Adoption Assistance", "Healthy Contributions", "Care@Work", "Moving Assistance", "Discounts on gym memberships, travel and other work life benefits available". Some items still have commas inside (like Medical, Dental...). That's okay; we can keep them as part of the item.
We'll produce
- for each.
Section Schedule: we have shift details: Shift 4, as scheduled with preceptor. Also maybe FTE and standard hours already used in About the role. But we could put schedule:
Shift: Shift 4. Shift Details: as scheduled with preceptor.
Now we must ensure
