About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Responsibilities

  • Observes, collects, and records data related to patient's biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care ability.
  • Analyzes assessment findings and test results to plan timely and effective nursing interventions.
  • Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
  • Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward patient outcomes and goals.
  • Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 90 days
  • PALS within 6 months
  • ENPC within 6 months
  • TNCC within 12 months
  • 2400 hours of acute care nursing experience within the last 2 years
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
