Responsibilities
- Observes, collects, and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care ability.
- Analyzes assessment findings and test results to plan timely and effective nursing interventions.
- Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
- Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward patient outcomes and goals.
- Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.
Requirements
- Active Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- PALS certification within 6 months of hire
- ENPC certification within 6 months of hire
- TNCC certification within 12 months of hire
- 2400 hours of acute care nursing experience within the last 2 years
- Associate's Degree in Nursing

Pay
$55.34 - $77.32 per hour
